eREDEMPTION COUPONS (eRCs)
For every RM33 purchase on selected product categories* you will be entitled to 1 eRC. This unique and valuable eRC can be used to redeem a wide selection of exciting products featured in the Great Redemption Catalogue for free or at greatly reduced prices. To utilise your eRCs, please perform a one-time PIN setup at your Online Office. Your eRC balance can also be viewed at your Online Office.
COSWAY may increase or remove categories and promotions or campaigns for products or set packs besides the ones stated above, in which you can earn eRC(s).
COSWAY may vary and /or revise the mechanism of the entitlement of eRC(s) awarded for sales of products in a single invoice or monthly nett invoiced sales from time to time.

EXPIRATION OF eREDEMPTION COUPONS (eRCs)
eRedemption Coupons (eRCs) have a three (3) years validity period and should be redeemed prior to the expiry date. There will be no extension period given to any expired eRedemption Coupons (eRCs).
