Gift Card RM50 Discount Voucher

RM50 discount voucher issuance on RM2500 CGC purchase from 18 Aug - 30 Sept 2018.

Terms and Conditions:

• This voucher is only valid with a minimum purchase of RM100 in a single receipt.
• Purchases made must be at Member’s price and only valid for N & T category products.
• No eV/SV/GV/eRC and /or BPoints will be awarded with the use of this voucher.
• This voucher is valid for One (1) month from the date of Gift Card activation and can only be used for offline or online stores in Malaysia.
• Only one voucher per transaction is allowed. Cannot be used with other promotional vouchers.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.
• No photocopies allowed.
• Should the value of the product redeemed exceed the amount stated in the voucher, the difference thereof shall be borne by the holder/ bearer. However, should the value of the product redeemed is less than the amount stated in the voucher; the difference will not be refunded to the holder/ bearer.

Cosway Gift Card (CGC) Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Cosway Gift Card (CGC)?
   The Cosway Gift Card (CGC) is a prepaid card which comes in 2 denomination- RM50 CGC and RM250 CGC.
   
   
2. How do I use the CGC?
   CGC can be used to redeem up to RM50/ RM250 worth of selected Cosway products at retail price at all Cosway stores in Malaysia or through our online store at https://shop.cosway.com.my.
   
   Any excess value from the redemption shall be paid by cash/ debit/credit card and shall not be awarded any eV/SV/GV/eRC and /or BPoints.
   
   
3. Are there any condition to the use of CGC?
   There is a purchase cap on the following
   

   	a)	Food & Beverage category is capped at RM15 for each RM50 CGC or RM75 for each RM250 CGC in retail value.
   	b)	For Smart Fitness redemption using CGC, a maximum limit of RM5, 000 CGC is allowed. Any excess value shall be paid by cash/ debit/credit card.

   
   The CGC cannot be used to redeem:
   

   a) Smart Packs / Starter Sets/ Value Sets b) U Mobile Card c) any MOL Services d) Clearance/ Warehouse Sales Purchases. e) Redemption Programme products

   
   
4. Can I use the CGC to pay for Cosway membership registration?
   CGC can be used to pay for new Cosway membership registration from 18th August to 31st October 2018.
   
   
5. Can I use the CGC for membership renewals?
   CGC cannot be used for Membership renewals.
   
   
6. What promotion do you have at the moment for CGC?
   You will be awarded RM50 Discount Voucher when you purchase RM2,500 worth of CGCs in a single receipt. This Promotion is valid from 18th August to 30th September 2018.
   
   RM50 Discount Voucher can be used with a minimum spend of RM100 and above. Validity of Discount Voucher is One (1) month from date of issue.
   
   
7. Will I be rewarded with bonus payout for product redemptions using CGC
   No. Product redemption using CGC will not be awarded any eV/SV/GV/eRC and /or BPoints.
   
   
8. When is the expiry of CGC ? How can I check?
   The CGC has a validity period of six (6) months from the date of issue. Go to https://shop.cosway.com.my/giftcard to check the expiry date.
   
   After the card's expiry date, no extension or revalidation will be granted and topping up on any used card is not allowed.
   
   
9. I'm not a Cosway member. Can I purchase the CGC?
   Yes, non-members can purchase the CGC. However, in accordance to the provisions of the Direct Sales and Anti Pyramid Scheme Act 1993, a non-member can only purchase the CGC up to RM 250.00.
   
   
10. Can I get refund from unused amount in the CGC?
    Unused or remaining balance from the CGC cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
    
    
11. Can I use multiple CGC to make payment?
    Multiple CGCs can be used to redeem Cosway products purchased in a single transaction.
    
    
12. Can I combine my CGC with other promotional vouchers?
    CGC cannot be used/ combined with other Cosway promotional vouchers.
    
    
13. Can I get refund or exchange my CGC with a new one?
    The CGC is non returnable nor exchangeable for cash.
    
    
14. What happens if I lose my CGC?
    Lost or stolen CGC will not be replaced or refunded.
    
    
15. Do I need to scratch the CGC to reveal PIN code during redemption of Cosway products ?
    During redemption at store, the PIN code will be activated by Store Operator to offset the payment. The PIN code can only be used once.
    
    For online purchases, PIN code needs to be activated at the payment method section. Select 'Voucher type' and choose 'Cosway Gift Card' from the Drop-Down Menu. Key in the Serial Number and PIN Code for payment settlement (see the illustration on the below).
    
    
    
    
16. Is there an installment plan for CGC purchase?
    0% EPP instalment is available for Maybank, Ambank and CIMB card holders from 18th August 2018 onwards when you purchase CGC worth RM500 and above in a single transaction, with a maximum EPP duration of six (6) months only.
    
    
17. When will CGC be available?
    CGC will be launched from 18th Aug 2018 onwards. It will be made available by stages, starting from Klang Valley and gradually to every state in Malaysia.
