A tasteful blend of spices to make mouth-watering chicken curries. Suitable to be used for other meats as well.
1. Mix 1 pack of DeliChef Chicken Curry Paste with 1.5kg chicken and 2 medium potatoes (cut into pieces) to cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add 250ml to 500ml water and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. Add coconut milk (1 coconut), stir well and bring to a quick boil. Ready to serve.
