A special blend of herbs and spices that includes tamarind kaffir leaves and chilli. Offers a refreshing savoury flavour with a slightly spicy and sour taste, producing amazing and delectable flavour-infused seafood dishes.
1. Mix 1 pack of DeliChef Assam Seafood paste in 400ml water.
2. Add 600g seafood, cover lid to simmer under medium low fire for 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Add 4 lady's fingers and 1 tomato (cut to preferred sizes), to cook for another 2 minutes. Ready to serve.
